An honest explanation of what we process, why and how.

The MNE Works corporate website is for information and communication. It has no user accounts, memberships, sign-in system or payment infrastructure. This policy explains the data flows that may arise when you visit the site and use the contact form. MNE Works operates the website.

• Information entered in the contact form (full name, email, company or brand, project type and project summary) is emailed to us through an email delivery service when submitted. It is not stored in a separate database.
• If you email info@mneworks.com directly, the content of your email and your sender address.
• Standard technical access logs our hosting provider may keep within its infrastructure (such as IP address, browser and operating system, requested page and timestamp). MNE Works does not separately collect or view these logs.

• To assess your request sent by email and respond to you.
• To answer your questions.
• To keep the website operational (at the hosting infrastructure level only).

When you complete the contact form and click "Send Message", your information is sent to our server on our hosting infrastructure, then emailed through an email delivery service to info@mneworks.com . Our server only uses this information to send that email and does not store it in a separate database.

When we reply to your message, our response goes directly to the email address you supplied.

If you fill out the form without submitting it, none of your information reaches MNE Works. If submission fails, an email draft with the same information is prepared and your device's default email application opens. In that case, your message reaches us only if you send it from that application.

This website is statically hosted on a hosting provider's infrastructure. The code includes an analytics integration, but the analytics tag does not load without your explicit consent.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical data within its infrastructure while providing hosting and security services. MNE Works does not separately collect this data in the application code or use it to create user profiles.

The website's visual interaction layer does not use cookies or local storage. It runs in your browser's memory and does not record, transmit or retain data after a page reload.

MNE Works uses optional analytics to improve website performance and visitor experience. Analytics only activates after you choose "Allow Analytics". Without consent, analytics cookies are not created and usage data is not sent to the analytics provider.

Analytics may process visited pages, device and browser information, approximate location and basic site interactions. This information is not used for advertising, retargeting or personalized advertising. The provider's technical infrastructure may involve processing data abroad.

You can change your analytics preference at any time using "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the website.

MNE Works does not share your personal data with third parties for advertising, retargeting or personalized advertising.

The website is hosted on a hosting provider's infrastructure, which may process technical data as part of this service.

When you use the contact form, its content is delivered to info@mneworks.com through an email delivery service solely to get your message to us. If you email us directly, your message is delivered through your email provider and the email routing infrastructure used by MNE Works.

An analytics provider is activated only when you consent to analytics. In that case, relevant technical data may be processed within that provider's infrastructure and abroad. This use is not for advertising or retargeting.

No personal data is transferred to other service providers for advertising or retargeting.

Because the website itself does not record personal data during your visit, MNE Works has no separate retention period for such records.

If you contact us by email, your message is routed to info@mneworks.com and retained in the receiving inbox until the correspondence about your request is completed and for a reasonable period afterwards. Correspondence that is no longer needed is deleted.

The website is served over HTTPS and benefits from our hosting provider's standard security measures.

The security of information sent through the contact form depends on our email delivery service's infrastructure. The security of information shared directly by email also depends on your email provider, our email routing infrastructure and the receiving inbox's infrastructure. MNE Works does not directly control these transfer layers.

For information you have sent us by email, you may request:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed.
• Information about any processing that has occurred.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• To learn which parties the information was transferred to.
• Correction of incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Deletion or destruction of information when the applicable conditions are met.
• Notification of corrections or deletions to the parties the information was transferred to.
• Compensation for damage resulting from unlawful data processing.
